I'm Christian Biet, manager of SARL Accompagnement Biet Christian.
My job is to help small businesses, i.e. companies with sales of less than a million euros, optimize their profitability. That means asking the question every time: how much do I cost, how much do I have to sell, and is every estimate, every invoice, every assignment profitable?
What tools do you use in your business?
I use a certain number of tools that I adapt to each problem and to each of my customers' businesses.
In other words, you can use tools, you can use Excel, you can use good basic tools, but on the other hand, I get a lot out of well-designed and well-thought-out tools like Fygr.
I've also used other competitors of Fygr that didn't give me any satisfaction.
What triggered you to implement Fygr at your firm?
First of all, Fygr brings me simplicity. It's within the reach of 99% of my customers, without any additional training, so it's intuitive, and that's really important.
I bring the question of profitability, and Fygr brings me the answer "Ok, but what about cash flow?"
What does Fygr bring to your customers?
The customer is happy with his profitability, but he has trouble managing his private direct debits, he has trouble managing his supplier deadlines, and above all he has trouble getting the money from his customers. With Fygr, all that can be put back into perspective.
What are your favorite features?
I have all the banks on a single site, which is really practical. If you're an advisor, or even a customer, it's really nice, because with just one click, you can have all three banks, for example.
What's also nice is that, just by setting the right parameters for the keywords, you can get budgets by family. In other words, how much does an employee cost me, how much have I spent on purchases, how much do I have in fixed charges with three main families: insurance, external services, etc.
What's important is to have large families, and Fygr lets me do that.
