How did you manage your company's cash flow before Fygr?
Before Fygr, I found it very difficult to anticipate forecasts, and I was living a bit pay-as-you-go, constantly checking my balance from my bank's app. I knew my direct debits were regular, but I had no projection or medium-term view.
I had tried using my Excel spreadsheet to try and forecast calculations and balances at the time of the transaction, but it was very complicated with the manual entries I had to make on a regular basis. Today, I use my Excel spreadsheet mainly to keep track of my earnings and keep track of my progress.
How has Fygr changed your daily life?
Firstly, with the integration of Henrri, the block shows the balance. Simple and effective. The transaction tracking page integrates the cash flow chart with its outlook, and I can visualize in the medium term what is happening and what could happen.
From the Fygr portal, the view is complete with details. What's different about my chart is that everything is automated and I can simply add forecast elements to myself to immediately see the possible impact on my cash flow. All I have to do is add what I'm going to collect, and I'll be able to forecast movements on the account, or not.
What are your favorite features?
The ability to enter forecasts is a feature I've been looking for. What's more, it's possible toautomate this perspective so that you don't have to enter what's repeated.
The categorization of transactions is simple and also makes it possible to quickly visualize the breakdown of expenses.
Why would you recommend Fygr to other company directors?
Not to mention the Henrri integration, Fygr is a simple tool to get to grips with, and it does what it's made for: forecasting to anticipate.
Finally, the team behind it is very responsive and takes good care of its customers, which is also very appreciable in an age when everything happens behind a screen.
